Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, project details via contact forms) and basic analytics data (pages visited, referral source) to improve our website. We do not sell your information to third parties.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to: respond to your inquiries, provide estimates and services, and communicate relevant updates about your project. We will never spam you or share your details without your explicit consent.

In addition to contact and inquiry data, we may also collect:
- Property information: Address, driveway size, and access details you provide when requesting a snow removal quote or contract
- Service history: Records of services performed at your property, including dates, scope, and any notes relevant to future service
- Payment information: Handled by secure third-party processors — we do not store credit card numbers
- Communications: Emails, texts, or call notes related to your account or service inquiries
Analytics & Performance
We use Google Analytics and similar tools to collect anonymized, aggregated data about how visitors use our website. This includes pages visited, session duration, referral source, and geographic region (city/province level). This data does not identify individual users and is used solely to improve our website and marketing. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal information based on your consent (for marketing), contractual necessity (to deliver snow removal and winter maintenance services), legal obligations (Ontario record-keeping requirements), and legitimate business interests (improving our services and preventing fraud).
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering services (e.g., scheduling software, email platforms). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may not use your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights and safety of D&D Snow Services, our clients, or the public.
