Terms of Service
Last updated: March 31, 2026
By using this website or engaging D&D Snow Services for services, you agree to these terms. Services are provided subject to a written service agreement signed by both parties. All work is performed in accordance with Ontario Building Code and applicable regulations.
Service Estimates
All estimates are provided in writing. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from those assessed during the estimate visit.
Services Provided
D&D Snow Services provides residential and commercial snow removal, driveway plowing, walkway shoveling, ice management and salting, heated wire installation, snow guard installation, plow and salt services, and seasonal flat-rate contracts. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and written booking confirmation.
For seasonal contracts, service triggers (e.g., snowfall thresholds) and coverage scope are defined in the individual contract. We reserve the right to adjust service timing based on storm conditions while maintaining safe and timely service.
